Olives

Our extra vigin olive oil is something we are very proud of and reflects the cool but mediterranean nature of the local climate.  Produced from around 2,000 trees on the estate, we pick, press and bottle it ourselves, predominantly for our cellar door customers and for use at the restaurant of our sister vineyard, Rosevears in the Tamar Valley.

A delicate, aromatic oil perfect for dipping and dressing, it is a blend of three varieties, with a fourth also grown for our marinated olives which we do in a number flavours and are also available from cellar door.
